How to Take the Bicycle Shorts Trend from Spring to Fall

Hi Darlings!

How are you?

I have been knee-deep in experimenting with new content that I could create for you, and you’re going to see all this hard work on my social media platforms real soon.

Today I wanted to talk to you about the bicycle shorts trend which started in Spring 2019.
And it’s not new at all. Princess Diana and Madonna were seen sporting these a long time ago.
If it’s good enough for them, it’s good enough for me.
Anything for turning comfort into style right?

So here I am telling you that come Fall, the trend isn’t going anywhere.
All it will need is some layers and you still be able to wear it!
Yes, it’s true.

Let me show you how.

1) Pair it with a Hoodie and OTK boots

The comfiest way to wear biker shorts in fall is to pair it with a hoodie and OTK boots. You can be sure, that I would go with the comfiest option first.
If it isn’t so cold where you are, you can choose to wear sneakers instead.

2) Full Sleeves and Jacket

I love this look from Marine Serre RTW Spring 2019.
Better yet find a full sleeves turtleneck, and put on a jacket and you’re good to go.

3) Blazer & and Crop Top

If this is not the most-worn style on Instagram right now, I don’t know what is. But generally, when you see people pairing blazers with biker shorts, they are the traditional checked style.
Make your look fun by trading a boring blazer for something striking, like the one the model in this picture is sporting from the Roberto Cavalli RTW Spring 2019 show.
Pick a print and roll with it.

Doesn’t this trend look super fun to experiment with this fall?

A special tip: I generally do not prefer wearing shorts but I wanted to try this trend out and OTK boots are such a blessing in this case.
So if you’re like me, then you can use these boots to wear shorter outfits.

Would you be trying out the biker shorts trend this fall, darlings?
